Barclays recruiting
Change. Because people who like it, like us.
Our business never stops changing or growing, which is just the way we like it. It means that we’re always finding new ways to keep customers happy, and new markets for our innovative products and services. Better still, it means that there’s no shortage of fantastic career opportunities right across the organisation.
And what an organisation that is. In 300 years we’ve gone from a UK bank to a 145,000-strong global financial services company. In the UK alone we have more than 1,720 branches and over 3,000 ATMs. It’s a big, blue-chip business by any description.
That’s why whatever you’re looking for, we’re pretty certain we have it.
There are roles which offer real flexibility for those who are looking for hours to suit their other commitments. We believe our training is the best in the business too, as it’s helped people who are brand new to banking, or planning on career moves within Barclays. If it’s progression you’re after, there’s plenty to be had here, not to mention the support and encouragement you need to move on and develop within the business.
There’s a huge choice of businesses to be part of too, from our branch network to head office, contact centres and more. Which means we look for all sorts of people with all sorts of skills and backgrounds ranging from vital front-line customer service and support through to professional disciplines and management.
No matter what role you take on, you’ll be stretching yourself and coming up with fresh ideas about how we could improve our business. We aim to be one of the top five banks in the world, and all the people here are contributing to that.
That’s one reason why our rewards are so good – our people deserve them. Our award-winning range of benefits includes everything from childcare vouchers and access to the latest financial products through to big discounts on cars and holidays.
There are lots of opportunities available and more coming up all the time across retail banking at Barclays. Take a look to see where you could fit in.
